New York Fragrance, operated by New York Fragrance Inc., accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at newyorkfragrance600@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item received from us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.
